Hi guys

I have been doing the couch to 5k and have finished my sixth week. I’m absolutely loving the running and enjoy the challenge. Thinking ahead I would very much like to increase my distance to 10k but feel I can only achieve this through the coaching. I have found I run better with someone “in my ear” Has anyone else been able to find an app that does the same as the couch to 5k? TIA
