Do I wait?

Hi there one and all😊, I am due to do week 6 run 3 tomorrow and was planning to get up early to avoid the heat. There's always a but though😏, mine is that I accidentally just did a 10 mile bike ride with my son tonight. I am thinking that if I try to do a 25 minute run tomorrow after that, I will sabotage myself. I am working Thursday, so thinking maybe wk 6 run 2 repeated tomorrow then 25 mins on Friday? What do you think?

I’m assuming as it was accidental then you’re not used to such rides? While running and cycling are great on alternate days, if we’re not used to either and go long it can cause problems with the other. That said, there’s not a huge difference in the two runs you’re talking about. I’d be tempted to take two days rest, enjoy the heat and go run on Friday when it’s forecasted to be cooler again.
