Well nearly there , but today was hot 🥵 humidity so high struggle with first 10 mins then relax into it but definitely not a natural runner . Still worry what l look like in my head l just want to feel happier.

Keep going, you will feel happier! I’ve just stopped worrying what I look like, I used to worry especially when I wore shorts. Last few runs I’ve realised that it really doesn’t matter. I wear shorts when it’s warm and leggings when it’s cooler). I’m out there improving my health! It’s so good for my wellbeing and makes me feel good about myself. Sometimes I hear that little voice of doom in my head saying ‘what on earth do you think you are doing, you’re 66, you can’t do this’ and I just have to tell it to shut up, I can and I WILL do this. First time runner, W4R3 tomorrow 😀

I’m slow, too! Programme will take you to running for 30 minutes! Then you can speed up later.
