Seems to be working

Wk4R1

After a failed attempt on Monday I completed the first run of week 4 today.

It is still hard, but I can definitely feel some improvement. On a plus, I have also lost 4 pounds.

Magic! Well done. There's no failure - just practice runs! 😊 Keep going x

Well done & snap! Just back from W4R1 and it feels crazy to think that we just ran for longer than we walked! Great job!

Well done. Yes 16 minutes is really good.

Like you, I struggled to finish W4r1... was 2 1/2 mins from finishing the last 5 min run. Think this was partly because this last stage for me fell on an incline. Took the same route this morning and managed to complete. Was ecstatic to realise I’d done more running than walking. It’s tough - never tried running before and in my ‘60’s’ but feeling chuffed!
