What a beautiful morning it was I got out early !! It was cooler and so drab as it had rained. I made it through the long 💦grass to my track. The wet legs felt great. Kept me cool !!
The gremlins crept in as I headed off on the first five minutes !! I knocked them into touch as I headed towards the half way line and then I felt great on the way back. I have got this I can do this we’re whizzing around in my head !!! Feels so good when you succeed. I run on farm tracked never see a soul. Today there was another lady walking and when she said well done I couldn’t run to save my self. I visibly swelled with pride 😇😀someone recognised I was running 🏃♀️!!! I even managed to mutter neither could I 10 weeks ago !!! ( I repeated weeks one and two ) such a great feeling.
Onward to Friday and then one more week to graduation !!! I can do this !

Doing great, well done! The first 5 minutes can be hard and I can’t wait for that half way bell 😂 I do enjoy it but preferred it in the warm, dry weather. Can’t help but feel I’ll be a fair weather runner! 🤔
