Wk 5 run 2 - smashed it!!

Had read lots of posts about wk 5, read the good, the bad and the dreaded but what I took in was two things.

1. Your body is prepared so the challenge is mental

2. Go slow

I went out feeling mentally prepared (I must admit it felt like a leap of faith that my body would be ready too) I just keep telling myself that no matter what, I could always slow down more if I needed to but there was no way I’d give up. I didn’t and I didn’t need to slow down (I started pretty slowly anyway and just kept a steady pace until near the end of the final 8mins when I felt I had a bit more to give)

Feel ready for run 3

So for anyone else feeling anxious about week 5 - DON’T, we got this 👊🏻
