Hi everyone! This is my first post and I'm loving reading about everyone's achievements and tips.

I feel really happy today as I just completed W4R1 and actually can't believe I did all that running! So proud of myself as there have been many times where I've really not wanted to go out running but have pushed myself and now I can run for 5 minutes without stopping!
