Just returned from my final c25k run... I’ve done it! And it feels good, not only have I achieved completion of the program but also I have achieved the goal of completing something I set out to do around 9 weeks ago. To say I am pleased with myself is an understatement.
Now to look to the future continue with a few more 30 minute runs and then see about putting another k or 2 on the end of my morning runs

It didn't lol I slept in and then had a full day of plans. Going to go out on Monday and then do my usual Wednesday and Friday as a graduate 😁
