Wk8 run 2 completed, was a struggle, felt drained after first 5 mins but pushed through, and managed full run, was using Samsung health for distance but both last runs showed 5.2k, so downloaded strava and that shows 3.2k, today which is better, I haven't speeded up or gone a longer distance so wasnt sure why I suddenly had increased by 2 k, now i know the problem.

Hello Hanzy, I also have the samsung health app running in the background on my phone. What I've noticed is it seems to include the 5 minute warm up walk and the 5 minute cool down walk in the overall running distance. Don't know why 😊

But even then it isnt 5.2 k on strava

Think your better off picking one running distance app and sticking with it 👍

Samsung health came with the phone, so was using that, but doesnt seem reliable so now have downloaded strava to check if it is the app, and now will use strava when I run for distance
