Dont worry about it, I know it looks daunting, but you are ready to do it, I'm at week 8 now and never thought I could run 28 mins that I am, it is a good programme and it works have faith and jog on 🤗

Well done on your progress.

There is no big jump and W5R3 is the shortest workout since W3.

This post explains it all healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy it.

Hey I know it looks scary and I was really anxious about it, but just trust in yourself and follow the advice about hydration, pace etc and you can do it. And the feeling of achievement is amazing! Go for it 🏃

Nah.

Week 4's 3 runs see you run for a total of 16 minutes each time. (3, 5, 3, 5 minutes).

W5R1 is 15 mins of running (3x 5 minutes)

W5R2 is 16 mins (2x 8)

And W5R3 is a perfectly doable mental challenge ;-), because believe it or not , your body will be ready for it, despite what your head tells you.

Week 5 is to be embraced and enjoyed.

Get into the right mindset and...

DO IT

I just did W5R3 yesterday. The other replies here are right. It’s easier than it looks and easier than some step-ups you’ve already done. Just a mental thing to address and you’ll feel stronger for it - I do!
