So pleased with progress

I decided to repeat w6r2 on Monday and I felt better than the first run after my injury and remembered that I do enjoy this thing 😄

So tonight I wasn’t sure which run to do...I wanted to try more but decided to see how I felt so I set off on w6r2 again but after 10 mins when Michael told me to walk I decided to keep going! And I kept going through the next 10 mins too then when he told me it was time for the warm down walk I still kept going until I’d completed 25 mins! I’m very happy 😆 2 days rest now I think then do it again before moving up to 28 mins! It feels good to be back!
