Finished and consolidated my 5k runs, 4 more since completion, I am absolutely chuffed to bits!!! Wow, I would have never thought that to be possible πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

So is there a 5k to 10k program or app? At the moment I feel like I can run longer ... not faster, but longer πŸ™ƒ

Nice that you had a very good run today, but I don't see the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username as you say that you graduated from C25K just recently

If you want to get the badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated πŸŽ“ πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘.

To continue running do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you could do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.
