Hello all, I noticed while doing mainly weeks 6-7 that some days I run fairly good while others I seem to be unable to finish all the way through. My thoughts (and legs) overtake me. In addition, I tried the Zen Labs c25k and struggled MASSIVELY. I feel Laura in the podcast is a huge aid and makes you feel a bit encouraged. Just saying. Anyways, any advice/tips for running?

The tip I love most is go slowly, then slow down

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
It is one of the easiest variables to control but probably the most overlooked.

hi, are you just doing a slow gentle jog, not going too fast? Have you tried having two days off in between runs, rather than just one? After week 5, when the walking bits stopped, I started taking 2 days of rest and I have managed weeks 6 and 7 all right so far. Listen to your body.
