I just finished week 3 (yay me!). It was easier than run 2 and run 1. However the last run I couldn't do. I did it by forcing my legs onwards. This is way better than wk3r1 where every step was forced and run 2 where the last half was forced.
I'd love thoughts on repeating this run vs moving on to week 4.

It’s totally up to you, but I think I would at least try week 4 run 1 knowing you can go back to week 3 if you need to? Keep it slow and steady and you can do it, just get some banging tunes on 😄 ps week 4 was my favourite week x
Thanks! I did it!!! So proud... it was really tough but it can only get better. I'm feeling like the first run of the week should feel more doable, but it doesn't which is okay
I did it!!! It was very much like my first run of week 3. Dragging my feet along to just continue on. Last week run 2 was less dragging and more running so I'm assuming the same will be now. It was only run 3 that was actually sort of running for each run. Will see what happens on Sunday
