I did it, another run down! Really worried I was going to stay in bed for this one but pulled myself up and out of it and got on with it.

Does everyone have to stop a few times? I think I stopped once in between minute 5-6 and once between minute 6-7. I really am not fit, so I think I might take it slowly and do each week twice until I feel comfortable and confident to move on?

My run 3 for this one will be on Saturday, as part of a 3hr walk to and around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I think I'll do the walk, do the run in the park and then walk back.

I am really just keeping this as a log for myself to reflect back on so I hope I can carry on and look back on this in however many weeks and see the progress I've made.

Step by step, looking forward to getting there. I know it seems small to lots of people but glad I could do this run.
