Did it! Went really slowly, still a bit achey from Strength and flex yesterday and run 1 Monday. Definitely need better trainers but have weird feet so have to try everything on and all the shops are shut.
Going to try my old running shoes, then reassess. They are a good brand but seriously worn out and I can’t afford to buy an identical pair. I don’t want to have to stop and start again but if I get blisters I will have to anyway...
