I have just completed week one! Found the third run easier than the first, however my legs felt more tired and heavy. I’ve ordered some better running shoes that should come in a few weeks (delivery is taking longer due to the current situation). Looking forward to week two! 😄

Well done.
Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
