My longest ever run!

I've just completed this run with the encouragement from my lovely husband. Never did I ever think I'd complete couch c25k, remember thinking I can't run for 3 mins and now I've run for nearly an hour! Some walking and breath breaks along the way . Keep going everyone, you can do it!! I started running at 63 & am 64 in June. Little bit proud of myself 😊

Thank you so much! I had a nasty hamstring tear after graduating and completing two park runs.

Fully recovered and pain free now so stamina building!

It's mind games now to tell myself I can!!
