It had to happen sometime I guess. Just rounding a corner and fell face first on the pavement. Huge bump on my knee (ice or heat?). Felt my teeth hit pavement but nothing broken. Cuts and grazes and worse thing is a smashed phone!!! Such a pain as I was doing well. I'm hoping only a couple of days and I'll be back. Currently nursing bruises and pain.

Sorry about your fall Blueskyabove, you will have to take a few days, if not weeks off until you can return to running, I hope your phone was insured.
