I was meant to do this run πββοΈ on Saturday but forgot. So did it today. I find it much harder to have a 2 day break between runs. My body much prefers just 1 rest day between runs, so will I will be put my run πββοΈ days in my calendar π from now on. I have Achieved so much since starting.

Well done, you are doing well! I'd keep an open mind about how many rest days are necessary. As you start running further, you may well want extra 'rest' from high impact. If your body is eager, try cycling or walking, core exercises or yoga in between
Totally agree with helenwheels, I let my body tell me when to rest between runs. The further on you get you may (I did) find you need 2 or 3 days between runs to allow you to recover. Make sure you keep hydrated between runs to so you are ready in case you want to go out. I went out every 2 days for a month and ended up with an injury to my foot which has still not disappeared completely - I go out when I donβt feel the foot problem but reckon I just over did it that month.
I didn't do the run this morning, decided to take the two day break but I'm already regretting it......I think like you I will just find it easier doing every other day!
