Still anxious as to how I’m gonna run for 3 mins non stop next week but glad I’m progressing and can definitely feel myself getting fitter.

Any tips for W3?

I was exactly the same, I felt so worried it bothered my sleep. I have to admit run 1 wk 3 was harder than the previous week but I did it and was so pleased. My way forward is slower is better. I also do it inside on the treadmill not brave enough to use the streets yet. You’ve got this!
