I heard those blissful words! I did 4K in 25 mins! Starting to put some strength training in too.

Advice... do I do my weights after my run or the day after? I’ve been doing run rest run rest I’ve liked this and would like to try and keep it this way.

Well done.

Keep up the rest days and maybe do the weights then, simply to spread the physical demands on your body.

Don't overdo it now......
