Just returned and completed the task , but did not enjoy it and my breathing was laboured !

I was hoping in W4 to start to feel running was a marginal pleasure and my breathing was not an issue or completely self encompassing!

I found R3 difficult overall !

However on a positive note I do feel good after the run and a sense of achievement!

I’m hoping others experience is similar and if so any constructive tips / advice !

I will keep going !

When Im50 , I’ve been running 4 weeks and it’s getting harder not easier ?

Have you tried slowing up a little, let your breathing come naturally? It'll find a pattern

Well done, you did it.

The guide to the plan has tips on breathing..........basically slow down to a pace at which you can speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run..........if you cannot, you are going too fast.

This pace makes it more achievable and believe it or not, more enjoyable...........most of us do not like sustained hard physical work, so do yourself a favour and just slow down.
