Just a quick update on my journey. I've been having a few technical gremlins with my phone and the app closing, so I'd ended up repeating week 1 a couple of times before I figured out why my phone was closing the app halfway through a run. Anyway, I'm back on the case and I've just completed week 2. I felt that these gremlins had put me back on my progress so I pushed on and finished two sessions back to back.
I surprised myself as I wasn't as tired as I was expecting. OK, to be honest I'm taking the advice and I'm taking it at an easy pace and trying to slow my breathing down.
Well now for a day of rest before week 3. I think I may stumble on this one as running longer than 90 seconds may wipe me out! 😁
