W9R2 - I’m looking forward to my jog run this morning . I have been tracking my pace for my age (69) and found this really helpful.
The golden rule for me is NOT to start off to fast and , having Michael remind me after 5 / 10 minutes “once you have settled into a comfortable pace - keep this up. “ Thank you C25K for this training programme. I couldn’t have made it this far without it. 🐾
