Last week I was ill with flu which left me very tired. Not the virus as I didn’t cough and had no temperature.so I am repeating week 4 this week and moving onto week 5 next week. I had to fight lots of demons in my head this morning which was tough and I am now combining running with cycling because I plan to do a triathlon this summer.

Sorry to hear about the flu! I hope you are feeling better by now and will tackle week 4 in no time! Take it easy though! Good luck with the ambicious plans for the summer!
Thanks for your good wishes. I completed week 4 again in it’s entirety and tomorrow start week 5‼️
