I didn’t know what to expect today but it was fine. The first couple of runs felt harder but I must’ve settled into it as the latter ones were better, the lovely weather definitely helped ☀️😊

Good work! 👍 The latter runs will have felt better because by that point oxygen will be freely circulating to all your hardworking muscles! The first 10 mins of any run can feel hard for that reason (as you are not warmed up) - they call it the “toxic 10”!

Keep up the good work! 👏👏👏

Thanks Sadie-runs!

I’ve never heard of the toxic 10 that’s good to know, knowing it’s a thing will help me get through it when it happens again! 😊

Well done for pushing through the harder runs at the start, it's a great feeling when you hit that sweet spot and the runs feel so much easier! :)
