So this morning I actually managed to run a whole 5k in 36.12 mins! This is my 4th consolidation run outside. I still can’t believe I can do it, and what’s even more strange is that I’m on my holibobs in Cornwall and I actually bought running gear with me to do it!! Never in my life did I think I’d chose to run on a holiday!😂 It was along the Camel Trail which is very flat which helped, but there was a massive hill to walk up back to the house! So if I can do this and actually get a buzz out of it, anyone can 👍🎉
