That's another run competed. It felt really hard going. Even Strava tells me that it was harder than normal. How do they know? Lol
I think I was close to dropping in a heap at the end of this run, but I did stick to the task even though it was difficult. I guess the positive that I can bring from this is that my mental strength has improved drastically. I know if it had been this hard on day one, I would have quit. So, its quite a testament to the plan.
The next run is a non stop 25 minute session. Despite today's woes, I'm looking forward to it. There are going to be bad runs and good runs. Hopefully that's the bad run out the way, and Friday will be a belter ☺

It's all very clever. There's me thinking there were eyes in the sky watching the next installment of Alien with a monster about to erupt from my chest 😂
Morning LittleIreland, yes it’s amazing how the programme works for us all, strengthening in so many ways. Your next run is quite a milestone, and hopefully will be a good one. I’m not finding the longer runs we getting any easier but console myself with the belief that every time we are getting stronger, mentally and physically. 🏋🏻♀️
Well done on getting through a tough run. I wasn't looking forward to W6, R3 when I realised that I'd no longer be having the walking breaks but I've found that at this stage, it's easier to keep going. I think being positive about the next run is also a good way to be as I sometimes wonder if it feels harder sometimes because I'm already thinking I can' t do it. You're doing brilliant!
