I completed the couch to 5K IN 2018, but then my life circumstances changed n I kinda just stopped running even though I loved it. I’ve been feeling super unfit and tired all the time lately and missing how energetic and positive I used to feel when I used to run. So I’ve decided the time has come to give the couch to 5K another shot, and I’m hoping to make running a habit for life this time. I’m Super excited! ⭐️🥳
