I use TreadmillTV on YouTube! Or watch TV programs on stuff I'm interested inπŸ˜… hardly know I've been on it sometimes and learn stuff while I'm running!

I thought twice about posting the picture because each to our own. I'm glad you're enjoying your running. πŸ˜€

I hate the treadmill. Mainly because a few years ago I fell off it! Oh....the humiliation - everyone at the gym came running over to check I was OK (which I was) but SO embarrassing I’ve never been on one since. I love running in the great outdoors πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈβ„οΈπŸ’¦πŸŒ¨πŸŒž

I have, in my youth, run on a treadmill... on the boredom... it really isn't for me. I admire those who can do it though
