It does not matter how slow you ran it, well done, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3.

Well done, if too exhausted try slowing down a bit for the next one. Happy running

Any slower and I'd stall. Not tired do8ng it. Tired later on in day.

Was shocked when Sarah Millican told me to run for 3 mins 😧 omg. Enjoy your day of rest. I’m doing the strength & flexibility podcast on my non run days. Taking the running at snails pace as don’t want an injury.
