Week 4 run 2 feeling good

After my high of run 1 week 4 I didn't think I could feel better but I checked my time and I am now running a minute faster than 2 weeks ago so did some celebratory star jumps much to the amusement of the dog walkers today.

So good when you see progress! Well done. It feels good, right? (Though try not to focus too much on speed - slow and steady works just fine!) Keep up the very good work. 👏👏👏

Hi thanks for the advise I wasn’t focusing on speed more of getting round without stopping it’s only when I looked back at my pace on my tracker that I realised I was jogging quicker even though it didn’t feel like it.
