Week four, session two and, whilst better, still couldn't quite manage the five minute runs. I'll see how things are on Saturday before deciding whether to repeat this week. It's progress :-)

What's stopping you complete the 5 min running bits? Legs too tired? Out of breath?

Sounds like you need to slow down, shorten your stride length and maybe increase your cadence (steps per minute). Have a look at those videos!

Are you drinking plenty of water? Needs to be at least 2 litres a day every day, whether running or not. Sounds a lot to most folks but can really make a difference to the “heavy legs” feeling. 😊
