Morning ! I have one more run left in week 2 but this morning my knees are really hurting.. it's a rest day today but just wondered if I should be stretching, resting, and should run tomorrow? Is this the sort of thing that will just get better with more exercise? I'm 59, loving it but its all new to me!

I am 53 and started couch to 5k this week. I'm having the same problem although for me it is just in one knee - the one I injured as a child. I am feeling very despondent and wondering if I should give up and try another way of getting fit as the last thing I need is an injury. Will be interested to hear what you do and advice others give.
