First post here: I can’t believe I have got this far! I have never been a runner, still don’t think I am really, but I’m determined to try and get to the end of the programme and see if I can be. I’m 3+ stone overweight so I’m finding it tough, especially as it isn’t very flat where I live, so the main benefit I feel at the moment is a sense of achievement when I’ve finished!

When do people find the running part getting easier? 🙏

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

During the plan the demands are upped each week, so it is not really until you graduate that you can ease back weekly duration.

If any run is tough then slow down........this is about duration, not speed.

Enjoy your journey.
