All runs seemed achievable this morning until 4 mins into the final run and finished it at a fast walk but not really a jog. R1 I flagged at 3 mins, so thinking R3 o will manage all 5mins of the final run, but will retake a couple if these until it seems easier or should I just keep going to push myself?
Feel better during the day for running-not immediately after though🤣

Just done the same run W4R2. Found the last 5min run quite hard but feel good that I could manage it at 66. You just have to keep moving even if it’s not very stylish!
