I never ever expected to write a status like this! I am so happy and proud to have completed couch to 5k!. With a daughter and husband who are always running and have true talent I was always being asked if I ran too. I would always reply with a laugh only a bath and constantly told myself I couldn't run to the end of the road. I was the girl who hid when we had cross country at school and hated sport with a passion.
My friend decided she was going to start couch to 5k so I decided to do it too, only I did it in secret as I didn't want people to know when I failed but I didnt I dug in and now it's done.
I can't say I have loved it but I stuck at it and feel proud to have done it. So when people say if I can do it so can you this is sooo true. I literally went from not running for more than 10 seconds to half an hour. So anyone can!!!
