Out again tonight in rain, wind and puddles to repeat the final run of W3. Slow to get going against the wind but Mo Farah like returning with the wind!! Bought some new Brooks Caldera running shoes today after having gait analysis done, excited to try them next week. Persevered with my old ASICS tonight.

Roll on W4 next week!!!

Thanks WillowandSola. It was pretty grim but I was determined to get out. I work outdoors in the forest so bad weather doesn’t bother me I’m immune I think😂
