Advanced warning, I have just got a email from the Healthunlocked Administrator that all the Healthunlocked sites will be "Down" off air, whatever from 6am to 12 noon GMT,Saturday 11th January, this won't affect your parkrun results but could stop you from reporting them here on C25K.

Of course, Saturday morning is a very busy time for Parkruners to report how their run went, they WILL get their parkrun results but not be able to to report to us here on the forum..

It might just be emails, the thing is if you don't get any Healthunlocked posts from 6am to Noon, don't worry, if you do, that's great.
