Congratulations, you are toning up nicely, I hope you fuel up your body with good healthy foods.

Congratulations on starting C25K with week 1 , onwards and upwards to week 2, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. 😊 🏃🏾

If you're fit enough to do that, just be careful you've got the technique right. It would be really disappointing to be on the injury couch by week 3.
