Yes I did it ! I went out on xmas day and Mon,Weds & Fri are my days so I stuck to it. No one was up in my house anyway. As a result I have now moved into steep hill Week 5 and feel totally ready. Running for 5 mins at a time seems ok now and what luxury to have a rest after cos I think this is the last week of those. It's great feeling fit. I was able to keep up with my adult children on a walk for once. I even stayed in a pub two years ago while they climbed a mountain. Not now. I'll be going with them next time they go.

Week 5 is a great week in the program and run 3 of week 5 feels amazing when you complete it.
