Plan your route, chuck some joggers on, put a playlist together and get out there 👏🏼 Good luck!!! X

Well you've come to the best forum ever to help you along with your running journey.

Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres it really helps.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

Pick a route. Dont worry if it's not perfect, you can always change it. Pick your music and go, go, go!! Slowly :-)
