Week 3, Run 1 today! Went well, found it good to focus on breathing in time with my steps! Having never ran before, feeling great and grateful for Couch to 5k! Hope everyone else is doing well with their runs!

This plan works.
I too had never run before in the whole of my life, but I've nearly finished, can't believe it.
Some runs are better than others but take it slowly and don't forget to stay hydrated. Good luck and keep going. You will do this.
