2Km into the run I kept saying over and over .... I'm gonna kick this hills butt!!!!! Felt like crap at the top and had to take it easy to recover but this is going to make the coming weeks much much easier (I hope) because I feel like I've really put something in the bank today.
The hill starts at 1.75km into the run and lasts for 3/4km with an ascent of about 33m
First 2 Km done at 5:30/km - I like that pace, feels comfortable.
Third Km at about 6:05/km
Last half Km at 5:56/km
Apart from nearly being sick in the gutter at 19 mins 30 seconds (yes ok I do try to push it) but this run was good, really good.
Over half way now, just 4 weeks to go, roll on WEEK 6 !!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, at the pace you are going, you could get a sub 30 minute 5k on your graduation run in 4 weeks.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Thanks AlMorr. sub 30? well maybe, but my full planned 5K route has yet another hill in it that I'm not getting to just yet. That's the trouble with living on a hill ... There's only one way out and that's downhill which means I've gotta pay for it coming back!
