Ultraboosts are a thing of beauty. They scrub and age so well. I still run with my old ones, but I needed to have an extra pair with intact cushioning for road running, which is always harder on the joins.

When I put the t-shirt in the sink for a pre wash ( I didn't want to clog my washing machine) I pushed under the water, I stepped back and thought: ok, I know the t-shirt is there because I have just put it there, but for the life of mine, I cannot see it. The running shoes are ok, It took a while to make them sort of...decent, but now they are a very happy running shoes.

This is the kind of thing to do when we need to get our mojo back after a sort of...injury that was actually a psychological thing. Back on the saddle, stronger and more daring than ever. The self discovery journey through running is a marvelous thing.
