I’ve been quite ill the past few days so I’ve not been able to complete week3run3 do I start week 3 all over again I’ve not ran since Thursday Or should I just finish week3run3 tomorrow?

Hi Sammy, sorry you've been ill, glad you're now feeling better and thinking about running again. I'd say runW3R3 when you next go out and if you can complete it easily you can move on to W4 with a clear conscience, you've done 3 in a row. If you find it a bit difficult, maybe another W3 run to re-build your confidence may be the way to go. Good luck whatever, and let us know what happens.
