Let’s go to the seafront then she says....and because it’s windy we carried on Week 2 Run 2 oh Ju Ju’s Magic Plan
Oh my oh my our first k was 9 minutes exactly and our second k was under 9 minutes boy of boy that felt fast and we still could only just make out the path
A dog in a lit up blue collar sniffed my behind and earned a light kick as i hadn’t realised it was there just my foot going backwards in a running motion but it was ok and toddled off leaving the mad pair to run on puffing a bit but still talking
Health and safety all day and late home from work the same tomorrow, roll on Sunday and our long slow 44 minute run I can’t wait it’ll be in the day light too
Have a great weekend fellow runners

👏🏼👏🏼 You’re on a roll! Maybe a torch/head torch if the dark starts are going to be a regular thing? I have a horrid vision of skidding through unseen puddles.... 😨
We walk a circuit as our warm up and i kicked a few branches out the way but it wasn’t as during the day but i think even with being windy we will use the seafront in the evenings and park on days off
Thanks Buddy, we are so looking forward to a longer run, last week i found the 15 minute one very unsatisfying but this week we ran faster and it was more fun
Who allows their dog to get so close to strangers that it can sniff their behind without them calling it back? Tut tut! Glad you enjoyed the run though!
Lol, that's what dogs get if they decide to sniff your behind when you're not expecting it 😆...I once did the same to one of my cats when I was doing warm up leg swings in the doorway and he snuck up behind me! He wasn't hurt but now comes nowhere near me when I've got my running gear on 🏃♀️
Enjoy your 44 minute daylight run...I think we've all got a new appreciation for the lovely run of the week where we can actually see where we are going 👍
