Watched britney runs a marathon last night

I found it on Amazon prime and had read about it a while ago so while hubby was out last night I watched it. I found it very inspiring as it really shows how running helped the rest of her life... and the realities of over training and injury. I believe it's based on a true story.

Really struck me how my life although very different made me feel like her. I dont ever see myself doing a full marathon (although that may change!) But its inspired me to keep going.

Worth a watch!

I just put that into my watch list yesterday, sounds good, got a week off work next week I'll watch it then x
