Probably my hardest run so far, just didn't feel right the whole time 🙃 maybe because I was in a bad mood, or because I haven't drank enough water and definitely because i couldn't regulate my breathing properly. Made it more annoying knowing I did better two days ago doing the same thing.
Oh well next run will be better! Bring on week 3 run 3!
